Getting Your Scan Result

The report for your scan will usually be sent directly to your referring specialist, so it is available for you to discuss at your next consultation.

If you would like a copy of your scan and report, then please ring on [insert number] during office hours or complete an online request, and we will send you an encrypted CD or USB drive with your scan and report. You may need to pay a fee to receive a copy of your scan and report.

Requesting Studies on CD

Trinity Medical Imaging is happy to provide your scan on CD upon written request. An Authorisation to Release Health Information form must be submitted with this request. This can be obtained from the reception or downloaded for our website.
